Pedagang di TPS Pasar Ganepo Kotabumi di Bobol Maling, Pihak Pengembang diduga Berkilah Dari Tanggung Jawab.

Nasib malang menimpa Teguh, seorang pedagang buah di Tempat Penampungan Sementara (TPS) Pasar Ganepo Kotabumi. Lapaknya dibobol maling pada malam Sabtu, 29 November 2025, dan sebagian barang dagangannya lenyap.
Teguh sangat kecewa dan resah dengan kejadian tersebut. “Saya sangat kecewa dan resah dengan hilangnya barang dagangan saya. Saya tidak tahu bagaimana saya akan menggantinya,” ungkap Teguh dengan nada kecewa. Saptu (29/11/2025)
Kejadian ini bukan hanya menimpa Teguh saja, tetapi juga beberapa pedagang lain di Pasar Ganepo. Mereka semua berharap agar pihak kepolisian dapat segera menangkap pelaku pencurian dan mengembalikan barang-barang dagangan mereka.
Teguh mengaku telah melaporkan kejadian ini kepada pihak pengembang yang sedang melakukan revitalisasi Pasar Ganepo. Namun, pihak pengembang menyatakan bahwa mereka tidak bertanggung jawab atas keamanan barang-barang milik pedagang.
“Saya kecewa dengan apa yang disampaikan pihak pengembang, padahal ada kesepakatan jika keamanan barang” dagangan kami merupakan tanggung jawab mereka juga”, keluhnya kesal.
Terpisah, Sarwedi selaku Pihak Pengembang saat dikonfirmasi awak media RadarCyberNusantara.id menyampaikan bahwa keamanan barang pedagang itu tanggung jawab pedagang masing-masing.
“Kami hanya menyediakan tempat untuk para pedagang dan tidak menjamin keamanan barang pedagang. Jika terjadi kehilangan, pihak pengembang hanya dapat mendampingi pedagang jika ingin melaporkan persoalan ini ke pihak kepolisian,” kata Sarwedi saat dijumpai media dikantornya.
Di sisi lain, Ketua Aliansi Pedagang, Budi Hartawan, kecewa atas pernyataan yang disampaikan oleh pihak pengembang, ia menuding pihak pengembang telah berkilah.
Mereka melupakan kesepakatan yang telah dibuat bersama pemerintah daerah, DPRD, dan instansi-instansi lain.
“Telah disepakati bahwa ‘Keamanan barang pedagang akan menjadi tanggung jawab pengembang, Pemda, dan Porkofimda’,” kata Budi Hartawan dengan menunjukkan foto hasil kesepakatan saat hearing di kantor DPRD LU.
Budi menjelaskan, kesepakatan tersebut dibuat secara tertulis dan ditandatangani oleh Ketua DPRD, Asisten II Sekdekab, Disperindag, Dishub, DLH, DPMPTSP, Perwakilan PT Lingga Tehnik Utama, Perwakilan Pedagang, Laskar Lampung Indonesia, dan LBH Menang Jagat.
“Kami mempertanyakan tentang kesepakatan yang telah dibuat pada saat hearing di DPRD. Apakah kesepakatan itu tidak digunakan, tidak berfungsi, atau seperti apa? Jika kesepakatan itu tidak difungsikan, maka untuk apa kesepakatan itu dibuat? Jika kesepakatan itu tidak diikuti, maka pedagang akan rugi terus karena tidak ada yang menjamin keamanan barang dagangan mereka,” tegas Budi Hartawan.
Selain itu, dirinya meminta kepada Anggota DPRD agar dapat menyuarakan kesulitan para pedagang kecil, apa lagi kesepakatan tersebut dibuat, disaksikan, dan ikut di tandatangani ketua DPRD Lampura.
“Dalam hal ini wakil kami di DPRD jangan diam saja, bantu kami para pedagang untuk mendapatkan keadilan”, ucapnya
Kami juga berharap kepada pihak pengembang, Pemda, dan Forkofimda dapat menjalankan kesepakatan yang telah disepakati bersama.(Heri)
